This exciting initiative is not just another association - it's a movement, striding through the challenges of e-commerce. Our goal? Darko Dujič has dedicated his professional career to transforming or building digital business and sales models. He focuses on company growth, customer satisfaction and user experience, efficient use of technology, business data and the implementation of business transformation projects. He is currently the director of WeTeh d.o.o., which invests and manages business investments in the field of online shopping, marketplace platforms, online business models and marketing technology.
Over the past nine years, he and his team have built eight online comparison shopping platforms and one of them, Eponuda, is the largest in the region and currently #36 in the world. He scaled several digital companies and platforms to tenfold growth in revenue, partners and users. He spent nearly four years at Google as Country Business Development Manager and Head of Performance at Google Adriatic. He was responsible for digitally enhancing business practices with Google tools and advising partner companies on digital transformation.
He is a partner and investor in several companies covering fintech, adtech, marketplace and ecomtech. Recently he joined as an investor in EGI Booster, a Digital Commerce Tech Accelerator from Barcelona. He advises clients in various industries on digital transformation, business model development, multi-channel sales, marketplace development and digital marketing.
He has a degree from the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana and a master’s degree in strategic marketing and consumer behavior from IMB. At Google, he continued his professional education under the programs of Duke University, NC, the world’s top-ranked business education school. In addition to business transformation, implementation of new business models, he is expanding his knowledge in the fields of artificial intelligence.
Miodrag Jovanović

Miodrag Jovanović, the CEO of X Express courier service, boasts an impressive work experience in the field of postal traffic, transportation, and logistics spanning over 18 years. In mid-2017, he joined the X Express team as a member of the Logistics Management Board, with a clear goal of positioning the company as a reliable logistics partner in parcel delivery. Jovanović's commitment to the development of X Express is manifested through continuous improvement of processes and the adoption of new technologies to ensure the best customer experience. His passion for innovation and technological advancement has propelled the company to a leader status in express delivery, keeping up with the trends of the modern market. He particularly emphasizes the importance of X Express courier service as an essential link in the ecommerce chain and as a dependable logistics partner recognized by online sellers.
Amel Ljaljić

Amel Ljaljic brings a wealth of experience in modern sales and account management within the tech & e-commerce industry. After immigrating to the United States from Bosnia and settling in Metro Detroit, Michigan, Amel was awarded a soccer scholarship to pursue his College Education. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in International Business & Business Management with minors in Economics & Accounting.
Amel's launched his sales career at AgentLocator, a Bosnian-Canadian company, honing his marketing and SaaS sales expertise over nearly four years.
Leveraging his success, Amel transitioned to Google as an Account Strategist. In this role, he cultivates relationships with mid-market E-commerce clients based in the U.S. Amel manages a significant portfolio with an average annual quota exceeding $100 million. He currently hold multiple leadership roles focusing on best practices, role optimization, and sales acumen in addition to his direct support of his clients.
Amer Kačamaković

Amer Kačamaković is an expert with more than ten years of experience in the e-commerce industry, with a special emphasis on work on some of the most popular startup projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina, such as OLX, Korpa, eKupon and Fix.
During his experience, he was involved in support, moderation, operations, as well as leading Customer support, Product and Development teams. In his career, he has combined technological expertise with innovative solutions, strategic leadership and vision, contributing to the growth and success of these projects.
His commitment to understanding user needs was key in creating innovative solutions that shaped the e-Commerce scene in BiH
Zlatan Velić
Head of Marketing
For 15 years, he has been involved in digital sales and the development of sales eco-systems, combining old sales techniques with modern communication channels and tools. Specialist in loyalty program development and long-term nurturing of customer loyalty.
During the time when I was leading the sales and digitization of BIHAMK, I also won the European award for the development of digital sales via Viber, awarded by the FIA - the International Association of Auto Clubs. Since 2018, I have been helping in the development and digitization of small businesses through various mentoring, coaching and consulting projects and by holding various educational workshops.

Sabina Mujanović
President of the Management Board
Sabina Mujanović is the president of Vienna Insurance VIG, an insurance company that belongs to Vienna Insurance Group, the largest insurance group in Austria, Central and Eastern Europe. She has a master's degree in management, a degree in economics, a certified auditor and a certified accountant. More than 25 years of experience in the financial sector, of which 23 years in positions in the Management Boards of banks and insurance companies, make her an experienced and successful manager. The company he runs is the leader in the life insurance market in Bosnia and Herzegovina. She is the president of the Assembly of the Association of Insurance Companies of FBiH, winner of the Award for Contribution to the Development of Insurance in BiH, and according to the British magazine "Finance Central Europe", she is the best director in the insurance sector for 2019. Married, happy mother of two children who spends every free moment spending time with her family.
Ammar Velić

Currently serving as the Senior Customer Success Manager for the EMEA region in Infobip company, collaborating and consulting industry-leading brands across 20+ countries, specializing in implementing innovative SaaS and Cloud solutions! Dedicated and committed over last five years to enhancing customer engagement strategies and conversational experience within different channels. Prior to this role, during 5+ years experience within the banking sector, immersed himself in the intricacies of banking and finance, gaining invaluable insights into Sales and CRM practices.

Infobip helps businesses and developers build, coordinate and intelligently orchestrate all engagement activities across their customers’ lifecycle. Today, with 16 years of experience in the IT industry, it globally employs more than 3700 people and operates on six continents through over 70 offices.
Adrijan Rakić

Born in 1974 in Slavonski Brod. After obtaining a degree in electrical engineering in 1998, he was employed at the Zagreb Computer Association as a system administrator and Zagreb Community of Cultural Techniques to the position of chief organizer. At the beginning of 2006, joined Metronet telecommunications as the Manager for key customers. In February 2008, came to Etranet Group as Sales Manager, and at the beginning of 2015 continued career in the payment industry as Sales Manager at Printec Croatia. At the end of 2019, became a Principal Payment Solutions Consultant and in June 2023 advanced to Strategy and Business Manager within the Printec group.
Stefan Kovačević
Global Digital Shelf Lead
Stefan is an experienced sales and marketing professional with a strong background in digital marketing, media and eCommerce. He started his career at Mastercard Canada, where he played a key role in developing their first online direct-to-consumer cardholder program “Priceless Toronto” and helping implement two-click payment checkout for their top 20 online retail partners.
He later joined Nestlé Canada, where he focused on driving awareness and conversion for all 8 key categories through retail digital media at Amazon Advertising and Walmart Media Group.
In 2021, he moved to the Nestlé headquarters in Switzerland to join the Global Sales team helping develop the Global eCommerce Acceleration program, embedding the overall strategy and framework to the top 20 eCommerce markets worldwide.
Currently based in Barcelona, Stefan serves as the Global eCommerce Digital Shelf Lead, leveraging data and technology to bring categories, and brands to life on the digital shelf through content, retail search, and retail digital media
Jasmin Marić
Business Development Manager
Meet Jasmin Marić, the current president of the Association for Internet Trade "eComm" in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
He has always been involved in IT, sales and business development projects. His academic education is in the domain of business, and he is most attracted to IT products and services as well as digital business models. Most of his work experience is related to sales and marketing consulting, eCommerce, digital marketing, research and business development.
In addition to marketing topics, he is an active member of the local startup scene, where he is engaged as a mentor for several startup projects, an advisor on digitalization and online sales development projects.
Adna Kapić
Member of the Strategic Board of "eComm" Association
Adna possesses over a decade of experience in international business, operations, and eCommerce fulfillment. After completing her studies in Austria, she continued her career in Singapore, where she held various regional roles. At DHL, she was responsible for managing key clients and their operations across the Asia-Pacific region, while at Apple, she implemented new fulfilment services for customers of the Apple online store. Currently, she serves on the Strategic Board of the eCommerce Association in Sarajevo and works on improving cross-border delivery in the Balkans.
Andrej Kaurin

A digital visionary with almost 20 years of experience in IT entrepreneurship, startups, and the digital scene. He was born in Banja Luka, Bosnia & Herzegovina but his career as an engineer sent him to different cities across different countries. Using the combination of engineering and business skills he dedicated his life to helping brilliant ideas to see the light of day and grow. He is fueled by his passion for understanding how the digital age and the 4th industrial revolution shape the business and life around us. He is trying to master the art of connecting tech and the non-tech world by acting as a translator between the two. He also stand for the idea that global equality in resources and knowledge powered by technology is the only thing that can lead humanity to the next level of well-being.
Luis Rene Ramirez

Luis heads the commercial effort of a Creative Workshops Marketplace called Classbento based in US, UK and started in Australia. He has always been passionate for Service/People oriented businesses adding value while having fun.
After University in Mexico and a couple of years working for the largest youth development organization (AIESEC), Luis joined DHL world’s largest international logistics provider in the regional Singapore office. His role included driving, and subsequently leading a multi-lateral trade lane sales team across 17 countries.
In Singapore Luis ventured into entrepreneurial waters by starting a successful chain of Mexican taco restaurants and Singapore’s first tortilla factory. He was the ambassador of Mexican culture in Asia through his culinary and mixology business.
In 2011, he moved to Australia to kick start Groupon - the fastest-growing tech startup at the time. Most recently, he was part of ClassBento - an entrepreneurial team expanding an online marketplace for artisan and culinary experiences in AU, US and UK. Luis is originally from Mexico. He holds a degree in International Business, Masters in Hospitality by IE Business School in Madrid, and diplomas in Strategic Sales Management and Digital Marketing by ESADE and London Business School. He is married with 2 trilingual children (Bosnian, English and Spanish). He loves sports, books and rural travel.

A prominent leader with more than 20 years of experience in management positions, including a five-year term as a member of the Board of Directors of the American Chamber of Commerce and Securitas BH, the largest security company in the country, where he held the position of Customer Director and Board Member. Drinić's focus on innovation, deep understanding of the industry and commitment to the development of the telecommunications sector today make Telemach the largest private telecommunications provider in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The recognitions for Telemach under Admir's management are numerous, from the title of the most desirable employer in the telecommunications sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina for the last 10 years, the recognition of Telemach as one of the most significant investors in BiH for 2023 by the Agency for the Promotion of Foreign Investments in Bosnia and Herzegovina (FIPA), to the prestigious international certificate and gold medal "Customers' Friend" and the status of "SUPER EXCELLENCE" of the company he manages.
Hristo Radichev

Hristo Radichev graduated in Sociology and International Relations from Sofia University. He started his career with GfK Bulgaria. There he analyzed the promotional activities and consumer habits in the FMCG market. Later on, he joined Reader’s Digest as Internet Manager. He was responsible for the digital campaigns in 5 European countries. He co-developed some of the most successful eDM (electronic Direct Mail) projects of the company worldwide. Since 2010 Hristo is the Country Manager of Mediapost Hit Mail – an international marketing agency, part of the French group La Poste. His team is a reliable one-stop shop for broad scope of ecommerce-related services. With a network of 15 fulfillment warehouses across EU and one of a kind platform for cross-border ecommerce, Mediapost Hit Mail helps companies start selling more online, to more people, in more markets, faster. Hristo’s main areas of interest are ecommerce, marketing automation and email marketing. He was speaking at many international events, seminars, and workshops in several countries.
Amir Trokić

Amir Trokić is the Director of Business Development and Customer Relations for the Bosnia and Herzegovina market at the global technology company Mastercard. Amir is responsible for the development of strategic partnerships in the private and public sector, through the implementation of modern technological solutions in the payment industry such as mobile and e-commerce payments, as well as solutions in the field of cyber security and digital identity. During his more than 20-year career, before joining Mastercard in 2010, Amir worked at Global Payments Europe, NLB Bank and Commerce Bank Sarajevo.

Kremena Yordanova, a seasoned e-commerce strategist, transitioned into a digital consultant. Her current role is fractional CMO for impact-driven brands. With a data-driven approach and a flair for authentic brand storytelling, Kremena empowers businesses to thrive in the digital landscape. Kremena’s journey spans Reebok, Adidas, and beyond. She’s the architect of brand narratives that resonate across pixels and clicks.
Sanja Lakić
Head of the Digital Channel Development Department
Sanja Lakić, together with her team, is responsible for the development of digital channels, products and services at NLB Bank Banja Luka.
During her more than 20-year career in the banking industry, Sanja witnessed and actively contributed to the implementation of various card products, payment technologies and digital services in several banks in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He has been a member of the commission for card operations of the Association of Banks of Bosnia and Herzegovina for many years.
Marko Carević

Completed his master's studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the University of Belgrade in the field of telecommunications. Marko has many years of experience in product development, as well as in the banking and financial sector. He was part of two modern startup banking projects as one of the most important members of the team responsible for the overall development of the business. In his career, he held various positions in the field of marketing, customer relations and product development. He describes himself as a passionate team player, a leader for whom team development is one of the most important KPIs, focused, analytical and motivated by complex challenges that need to be overcome. Marko becomes part of Delta's system in 2022 as CEO of Ananas. In August of the same year, he assumed the position of general director. He speaks English.
