What is included in the ticket price?

The price of your ticket covers parking for your car, attendance during all lectures and panel discussions, lunch at the hotel, and refreshments during breaks.

Am I entitled to a free ticket?

The right to free entry is enjoyed by members of companies/associations with which some form of cooperation/sponsorship is realized. But all our member companies and partners can get a code for a corresponding discount by sending an email to: info@e-commer

Can I get an offer on the company?

Of course. Purchases can be made on the accounts of companies, as well as on the accounts of individuals.

Can I get a discount on tickets for a larger number of participants from the same company?

Yes! Discounts are provided for a larger number of participants in front of one company.

Can I return the ticket and get my money back?

Can I become a conference sponsor?

Of course. All companies that want to be part of this e-commerce story are more than welcome. It is important that you contact us by clicking on the button "Become a sponsor" and fill in the required information or directly by email: info@e-commerce.ba.

Are there special conditions for selecting sponsor companies?

The eliminatory criteria is any connection with criminal activities, so companies of that type will be rejected. All companies that realize profit legally are invited to be our sponsors.

How long is the conference?

The conference lasts one whole day, starting in the morning at 09:00 and ending at 17:00. But there will certainly be enough rest - so that the day is not too tiring.

Is lunch provided for the participants?

Yes. All participants who have duly paid the registration fee are provided with lunch at the hotel itself. Hotel is known for its excellent chefs and we hope you enjoy it.
