This Privacy Policy regulates the way in which the Association for Internet Trade "eComm" in BiH S (hereinafter "eComm", "We", "Controller") collects, uses and processes data collected from you as subjects of personal data (hereinafter You, subjects or users) when visiting the website https://konferencija.e-commerce.ba/  (hereinafter: "website") and/or using the service for purchasing tickets at https://konferencija.e-commerce.ba/. By accessing the website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

The content of the website is intended for persons over 18 years of age. If a person under the age of 18 submitted his personal data without the consent of his parents and/or guardian, he should immediately inform the Association for Internet Trade in BiH "eComm".

If you take this action, it is understood that you have given your consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes for which you provide them. When you buy tickets through the website, eComm processes your personal data, namely:

When you use the refund service, eComm processes your personal data, namely:

  • Your first and last name

When filling out the "Become a sponsor of this event" form, eComm processes your personal data, namely:

Data during your visit to the website and when using the ticket purchase service are collected directly from you, i.e. in a way that you personally and directly provide us with data or automatically through the "Cookies" tool if you have agreed to it (Please read the Cookie Policy).

4. FOR WHAT PURPOSES ARE YOUR DATA COLLECTED?

eComm collects and processes your personal data solely for the purposes for which it was provided, such as:

  • Enabling online ticket purchase
  • Administering the content and other functionalities of the site, all in order to improve its quality and the services we offer through it;
  • timely informing users about their products, as well as all actions and promotions of their products (direct marketing), see in detail in point 5;
  • for online purchase of tickets available on the website
  • For a refund
  • For contact by e-mail

5. METHOD OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND TERMS OF STORAGE OF YOUR DATA

Your personal data will not be processed for any purpose other than the purpose for which it was collected. Collected personal data are processed, mechanically and/or electronically, exclusively by persons employed/engaged in eComm who have access to them and who are authorized and authorized to perform analyses, as well as in accordance with the principles of personal data processing from the Personal Data Protection Act. The processing of your personal data is carried out by eComm in accordance with the regulations on the protection of personal data of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, taking all prescribed technical and organizational measures to ensure confidentiality and protection during the processing of personal data at its disposal. 

In addition, eComm applies security measures during the collection, storage and processing of information in order to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal data as well as non-personal data stored on our website. Personal data can only be submitted to competent authorities, in accordance with the procedure provided for by law.

If you decide to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, your personal data will be deleted, except for personal data that eComm is legally obliged to keep within a legally defined period according to the Act on Archives or other applicable law.

Personal data when using the online ticket purchase service, ecomm has a legal obligation to keep all documents and records with your personal data, related to sales and payments made, within 3 (three) years or a longer legal term (if prescribed ) which is mandatory for guidance accounting documentation and documents related to paid traffic in accordance with the Law on archival operations.

eComm stores personal data when using the Contact service until you withdraw your consent, unless it is provided for the purpose of exercising your rights in connection with the purchased ticket, in which case eComm stores the data within 1 (one) year.

When using the Newsletter (e-mail) service, eComm stores your personal data until you withdraw your consent.

6. POLICY ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING FOR DIRECT MARKETING PURPOSES

We may use your personal information to send you direct marketing communications about our event or our related services, including our announcements about upcoming events. This can be in the form of email, posting, SMS, telephone or targeted internet advertising. We limit direct marketing to a reasonable and proportionate level and send you communications that we believe you will find interesting and relevant, based on the information we have about you. We use your personal data for direct marketing purposes solely on the basis of your consent to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes, which you have the right to provide when accessing and using it.

When visiting our website, you have the right to leave your e-mail address in the field "Stay updated with the latest information about the conference" by pressing the "SIGN UP" button.

You have the right at any time to ask us not to send you marketing communications and not to use your personal data when profiling for direct marketing purposes. 9. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO OTHER COUNTRIES

eComm does not transfer personal data to third countries.

10. PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES FROM THE MANAGER

This Privacy Policy may be modified at any time by posting the modified text of the Privacy Policy on our website, as well as the date of the update. Changes to the Privacy Policy take effect immediately upon posting. Therefore, periodically review the Privacy Policy and read its possible changes. By continuing to access and use our website, the user agrees to the changes and accepts the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
